There will be bus transportation for the weekend from the AC Hotel, but please understand that the bus may run quicker or slower depending on loading and unloading times. Please be prepared to arrive in the AC Hotel Lobby 10 minutes before you would like to depart. The bus will be set on the side of the hotel. We appreciate your flexibility!

Friday Departure Times:

3:45 PM to deliver wedding party to the rehearsal

5:30 PM to deliver invited guests from the AC Hotel to the rehearsal dinner

8:15 PM to deliver remaining guests from the AC Hotel to the Welcome Party

10:30 PM to shuttle guests from the Welcome Party back to the AC Hotel

11:00 PM to shuttle guests from the Welcome Party back to the AC Hotel

Saturday Departure Times:

3:45 PM to deliver groomsmen to the church

4:30 PM to deliver remaining family members to the church

Final bus loads at 5:00 PM, leaves at 5:15 PM to deliver guests to the church

11:00 PM begin to shuttle guests to AC Hotel/After Party (RJ Rockers across the street from the hotel)
